Banners, signatures, avatars, even posts would not be allowed to contain any images of players or logos...and beyond that, I'm going to assume that we would not be able to post ANY content (aside from links) from other sites. Current url's will be banned but nothing is stopping the sites from moving to another url; ex. RGF... Once the media gets wind of anyone stopping illegal activity it will only be productive for that person, whether he is a president or an insurgent.
