Cobb
We should be able to win this one. I can't wait for the season to start!
Owner Real Deal Posted October 28, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted October 28, 2009 Yeah, with it being a home game for the Hawks (who are a better team), I can't see how they would lose. BUT, the Pacers are sneaky. You know what you'll get from Granger, maybe Ford, but guys like Murphy and Rush could come out and drop 20, especially against a Hawks team that isn't always willing to play hard-nosed defense. Hibbert has been playing like a man lately, also. I'll be pulling for Indiana only because of Rush and Granger, but again, I wouldn't be shocked at any result, unless it was a blowout. Cobb
We're looking a bit sloppy here to come out but we're making up for it on defense.

GamerGuy
Granger has only scored 6 points in the entire second half, he needs to get going here if the Pacers want to pull out a win. They're running out of time, and the Hawks are building on their lead.
GamerGuy
Pacers have had so many turnovers, they really hurt themselves by it. Still, with 25 turnovers they're only down 10 points, but they are quickly running out of time.
Cobb
Hawks played pretty well tonight. Our defense wasn't that good but we were getting lots of steals and forcing quite a few turnovers. I really liked how agressive Horford played tonight. It was probably one of his best as a Hawk. We got a bit lucky that Granger didn't play that much in the second half because he was lighting us up in the first half. 1-0 baby!
Owner Real Deal Posted October 29, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted October 29, 2009 Yep, Granger just didn't show up. That might be the difference between an all-star and a superstar player. You have your Kobe, LeBron and Wade...then you have guys, like Granger, who may not be ready to carry that load, and win the game, with it all on his shoulders.
