Owner Real Deal Posted February 27, 2012 Author Owner Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 I never said he HAD the problem I'm saying its possible because more people than myself have brought it up. And yeah, he's socially awkward but that doesn't mean he can't play basketball. The LeBron thing is a fact. LeBron is made out to be some non competitive loser who doesn't care but in reality he destroyed Rose who is supposed to be Mr. Competitor. We all know that if LeBron was not a part of any of this (if he wasn't acting like a child, like he did back in the summer of 2010), you wouldn't be in here telling everyone that Rose looks like he has a stick up his ass, that he had his ass kicked in the playoffs last year (by anyone), or that he should just enjoy the weekend and stop acting like he's serious about the game of basketball. But I digress. Doesn't matter anymore. LeBron sure the hell wasn't dancing around at the very end of the game. Instead, he walked away from the players at mid-court, sat down to untie his shoes, and gave a weird interview to Sager, as if he lost the Finals again. I guess he should have been having fun.
Flash
Its one thing to smile and enjoy the moment when you're being introduced as an all star and its another to be disappointed after [expletive]ing up the 2nd to last possession for your team. I didn't try and make this about LBJ..that was done by others before me. I was just pointing out something about Rose.

Hayes1
Derrick Rose dislikes ASG dancing ORLANDO, Fla. -- Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose says he can dance, but that he doesn't feel as if the All-Star Game is the right venue to showcase those skills. "I can dance," Rose said after Sunday night's All-Star Game. "But there's a time and place for that and I don't think it was right, then and there." Rose drew criticism from some fans around the city on Monday because he didn't dance during the pregame introductions. While LeBron James and Dwight Howard put on a little show for the fans, Rose stood stonefaced on the side and kept his cool. He's not worried about what people think of the fact he didn't dance. "I don't care," Rose said. "You just know that's me, man. If you would have saw me out there dancing, you would have been looking at me different. I'm just me. I can't be anybody else. I think that's what people see." Rose, who has repeatedly talked about how he doesn't enjoy playing in pickup games, like many other All-Stars did over the summer, admitted that he still doesn't feel comfortable playing in glorified exhibitions like the All-Star Game, even though he's been selected three years in a row. "Not at all," he said. "You know this is not my game at all. But I just love being out there. Just seeing guys, seeing what they do. And it's exciting when you're out there. Just seeing how guys are really professionals. They're great at what they do; scoring the ball, rebounding, whatever they're doing. They're out there for a reason." When asked on Sunday afternoon who he would have liked to play with the most, if he could play with any All-Star, Rose hesitated for a second and then responded with one of the best big men of all time. "I would say basically all of them because it's so hard to get up to this level," Rose said. "But if I had an opportunity, I think it would be Shaquille (O'Neal)." As for which part of his game he is working on the most right now, Rose acknowledged that he's trying to fight through the fatigue that has hampered lots of NBA players during this lockout shortened season. "The mental part of the game," Rose said. "Right now, everybody's a little fatigued because of the season. But mentally you have to challenge yourself to go out there and play well." http://espn.go.com/chicago/nba/story/_/id/7621956/chicago-bulls-derrick-rose-think-all-star-game-dancing-was-right Edited February 27, 2012 by Hayes1
The Regime
How can you not respect Rose? I don't like him as he's the best player on our biggest rival but you have to respect his game. I don't think he should've been MVP last year but obviously you respect his game. He's one of the better players in this league. Lol I'm sure this is just a Miami fanbase issue. Because I'm sure Laker fans love Rose just as much as Bulls fans do.Rose is actually me second favorite player. So I'm not sure where you are going with this. DunkinDerozan
It almost looks like when he looks over at Lebron, that he just wants to tell him to quit acting like he's 5. Or maybe he just doesn't want to dance with Lebron because he doesn't want Bulls fans to think he's got a good relationship with him. Who knows, either way, I don't see anything wrong with what he did.

htownborn
Seriously I don't see what's wrong with being a little quiet. That's just he's demeanor and personality its nothing wrong with that I mean he can't help how he is. And I have seen Rose smile a lot of times he's just seems like a very serious and determined dude personally I like he's demeanor more than most guys in the league today.
