Dash
Clippers are winless, Wolves got a good chance at this game.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 3, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 3, 2009 Yeah, but nobody on the Wolves can stop Eric Gordon, so it'll come down between who will be the bigger impact for his team out of Gordon and Al Jefferson. The Clippers are in Los Angeles, and Baron Davis' foot could be doing better.
Dash
Brewer might be able to slow him down, not completely, but maybe enough. Flynn and Sessions are going to have to have good nights and keep feeding Al. Reportedly Sessions will take Flynn's spot.
Lone Wolf
Sigh... The refs totally blew it for us..
Dash
Actually Brewer blew it...6-21, seriously? Kaman dismantled Minny's interior defense and Al wasn't securing boards.
Lone Wolf
He played great defense, though. Did you see the Hollins dunk within 40 seconds remaining (don't remember the exact time) in the game? He was clearly fouled, which should have been an AND-1. The game would've been tied if the refs called a foul with the addition of Hollins making the free-throw. Lone Wolf
Ok, it was about 18 seconds left in the game when the foul wasn't called. I found out by watching SportsNation. The refs got 2 jeers for the missed-call.
Dash
You can't blame the loss on one play. Hollins is a career 60% free throw shooter, so there is a good chance you might have missed the FT anyways. Any defense Brewer played is negated with his TERRIBLE shooting and shot selection (seriously what was he thinking on that last play?!). Lone Wolf
Sometimes you can blame a loss on one play. He was 2-2 from the FT line. Brewer has been making me cringe with his shot selections.. but at least he's been coming up big when it counts.
