@ChrisMannixSI Two teams sources say tell SI Howard will have interest in: Clippers and Miami. There are cap issues, but the interest is real.

If the Heat got Dwight they'd literally never lose another game. 82 win seasons, undefeated playoff runs until one of them left.

Lol probably but I feel like there's at most like a 3% chance. It also means we'd probably lose Bosh and either Chalmers/Cole through S&T though.

Pat Riley is a monster who can not be stopped. I doubt he will do this, but the fact that he could have any player in the league at the push of a button is just amazing lol

Weren't saying this when we were 14-68 or w/e were we?

Unless that player was Beasley...

We had one bad season since Wade was drafted, and we were a good team before that too. Since Riley has been involved with the Heat, we have been winning a lot of games. That one season was all a set up to get us the big three anyway. Wouldn't have looked so stupid if we ended up with the #1 pick and had Derrick Rose instead of Beasley.

We only had a shit record because Wade was hurt that whole season and Shaq basically gave up. I think Riley's resume speaks for itself.

This, only under .500 once since Wade was drafted, 2 Eastern Conference titles and one NBA Finals. Then before that we used to have some really great teams but Jordan would just kill both us and NY so it didn't even matter.

He didn't know anything but he prepared that roster better than anyone else did for 2010 and it paid off. I doubt any GM will ever pull something like that off again.

Exactly, destroy our team and then put us in position to get a good team later on. It sure as hell wasn't going anywhere with Wade being the best and then having Beasley as the 2nd best player. If it was so easy to just put pieces together and win, why haven't the Knicks done it? There is more to it than just giving us three good players. We have a great coaching staff and plenty of players who WANT to play under Pat Riley and Spo and understand what they are about.

Orlando doesn't want to be the old Raptors, just to watch Bosh leave again. Why would they trade Howard for Bosh?

If Howard is going to Miami, it will be for LeBron or Wade.

Lol, no.

Lol, no.

Then Howard will not go to Miami.

But you're telling me that you would rather have the team you have now, than to have LeBron and Bosh paired up with Dwight?

If it's a loyalty thing...well, would Howard win rings with Wade and Bosh? You guys saw how important defensive anchors were when you played Dallas.

Why would we break up the best duo in the NBA lol it makes no sense. IMO Bosh is better than any player that's being offered to Orlando currently and he's proven he can be a primary scoring option on a team.

I wouldn't take Dwight over Dwyane Wade or LeBron James, that's what it comes down to.

Sorry to hear that. I would trade Wade for Howard without thinking twice.

Bosh is almost 28 years old, and he'll be signed until 2016, making up to $22 million. On a contender, he's not a primary scoring option...doesn't matter what you say about him. He's in the same boat as a Danny Granger, who is a second option at best.

Additionally, the Magic are locked in with Ryan Anderson and Glen Davis at the four. Bosh is not a center, and the Magic will not want Joel Anthony.

Orlando wants picks, youth and players to build around. Bosh is not the best option.

I read on the Magic board that Otis wants to win now rather than take a rebuilding package (something like that). I remember seeing it on Twitter before too but not sure exactly when.

Well, I've read that Otis won't be trading Dwight, either.

I think we are fine as it is, but if Riley works some voodoo magic to keep Wade and Lebron and get Dwight then I am all for it. It can't even work though, even if we trade Bosh we still have cap problems. We would have to destroy the entire team and just have Wade, Lebron and Dwight.
