Built Ford Tough
1 minute into the game and Calhoun already chewing out Drummond for not having his head in the game and allowing two easy baskets in the paint.

Built Ford Tough
Calhoun with another quick timeout and looks like he wants to kill Oriakhi. 3rd time he has ripped into him already.
Flash
Baylor playing stupid again. Quincy Miller is an impressive player, its beyond me how they don't run it through him while Jones is out.
Built Ford Tough
Iowa State going off on UCONN. Pure domination.
DunkinDerozan
[expletive] this is bad. I picked UConn in this one. It's going to be a bit disappointing to see Drummond and Jeremy Lamb out so early if they end up losing.
Built Ford Tough
If I actually gave a damn about my bracket, I'd be really upset about all the screwing around I did with it last night. If I'd just left it alone I'd have gotten every game right so far except I had the Lobos losing to Long Beach. I'd also have Iowa State beating UCONN, which seems to be inevitable given how awful UCONN looks right now. Luckily for me, I couldn't care less and just made a bunch of off the wall picks for fun. Flash
Cody Zeller is a beast but Christian Watford is a hell of a player in his own right. Big fan of his game.
Owner Real Deal Posted March 16, 2012 Owner Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 UConn just can't seem to catch up, and Iowa State is getting anything they want on the offensive end, inside and out.
s.t.a.t.
Tough game for the Jacks vs Baylor. It was such a huge deal for the school and around campus. Didnt really expect them to win tho. They should be decent next year as they have 4 of their best players returning.
Built Ford Tough
Well, Napier's back in. You know what that means... Iowa St will go on a run and this lead will increase from 7 to 15 in the next few minutes.

Owner Real Deal Posted March 16, 2012 Owner Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Lamb just got owned by the tourney gods (aka the rim).
Built Ford Tough
Good call BFT lol Lol, I would've been almost spot on if it wasn't for that last Lamb 3. 1 point off. Also, lol at Lamb. Pretty much sums up their failure of a season.
DunkinDerozan
Well, I had UConn winning so that ends my perfect streak. Now 12 for 13. I'm really dissapointed about this one too. I was hoping to see a lot more out of Jeremy Lamb and especially Drummond in the tournament. I think Drum will stay for another year in college for sure after this early exit. Built Ford Tough
I think Drum will stay for another year in college for sure after this early exit. I honestly don't see why he would. He is basically guaranteed to go top 5 at the very least, realistically top 3. Most importantly of all, UConn basically has nothing to play for next year. They can't play in the NCAA Tournament next year, so I can't see why Drummond would come back.

I said that assuming he would be dissapointed with the early exit and try to make a better run with another years experience under his belt. Poor academics. Under rules approved in October, a school must have a two-year average score of 930 or a four-year average of 900 on the NCAA's annual Academic Progress Rate, which measures the academic performance of student athletes. Connecticut's men's basketball scored 826 for the 2009-10 school year. UConn's score for the 2010-11 school year is expected to be about 975. That would not be high enough. It would give Connecticut a two-year score of 900.5 and a four-year average of 888.5. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012/basketball/ncaa/wires/02/10/2060.ap.bkc.uconn.apr.1st.ld.writethru.0893/index.html#ixzz1pFTHc6bm
Owner Real Deal Posted March 16, 2012 Owner Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Colorado going off. Damn, I wish I could go to all of these games. The fans are nuts.
Built Ford Tough
Deshaun Thomas is going to blow up next year without Sullinger and Buford. He has had a very strong finish to the Big Ten season, playoffs and had 31/12 tonight. And yeah, I didn't expect Colorado to dominate UNLV like this. Not that they are a bad team or anything, I just thought that the Rebels were a very, very strong 6 seed.
Cleveland's Finest
This Royce from Iowa State is impressive. As long as Colorado holds onto this lead, I'm 15 for 16...only mistake was picking Wichita State. Unfortunately I had them making the elite 8. Great game by OSU, but Buford and Sullinger are not looking good going into the Gonzaga game. Owner Real Deal Posted March 16, 2012 Owner Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Uh oh. Colorado is looking TIRED as hell. UNLV is coming back strong, tons of defensive pressure, five times the energy of Colorado. Within five.

Built Ford Tough
Colorado simply can't handle the pressure UNLV's defense is putting on them. EDIT: And another turnover. Wow.
