Built Ford Tough
Kansas is going to win this. UNC is doing all it can to just withstand these Kansas runs and quiet what is basically an entire arena full of Kansas fans. They've never really shown anything in this game that suggests to me they can actually win this game. They are fighting to just stay alive. Hope I'm wrong. By the way, nice dime from White. Hell of a pass to McAdoo for the And-1.
Guru
This White kid is pretty nice. UNC is hitting tough shots while Kansas is getting good looks. Still, only a 4 point game.
fish7718
http://assets.sbnation.com/assets/1023488/FAN.gifLOL I remember seeing this live, I rewound my DVR a few times to see it again, shit was hilarious...it was in the bottom right corner of the screen, the chick next to him was the only person not wearing BU gear and there was a row of ugly chicks behind him... Built Ford Tough
Ok enough is enough. How many steps are you going to let Robinson take? The dude has traveled basically everytime he has touched the ball. That last play he switched his pivot foot twice.
Flash
4 blatant travels on Robinson alone this game. This was right in front of the ref too.
Flash
Nice take there by Banres. He needs to stay aggressive.

Built Ford Tough
I do have to admit that seeing that replay, Barnes probably got away with a charge. I don't feel sorry for Kansas, though, since there were two very questionable block/charge calls that went their way earlier in the game. Guru
Good timeout by Kansas. This possession is going to be huge.
Built Ford Tough
Two costly mistakes by Bullock (turnover and completely losing Johnson behind the arc), who has been brilliant in the tournament, and Kansas takes advantage of it. Built Ford Tough
Game over. That sequence proves that there is simply no way that UNC is going to win this game.

Built Ford Tough
White is rattled. Gotta feel for the kid being thrown to the wolves in this crazy atmosphere.
Built Ford Tough
White is scared to shoot. Can't really blame him. He has no real business being on the floor. He was a lightly recruited 3* recruit coming out of high school and he was never expected to actually play this year. He only joined the team because of his love of the game and he wanted to be on the team for one year before leaving for 2 years to go on some mormon retreat or something like that. He has done basically everything you could've asked of him, but this is calibre is simply out of his league.
Flash
If UNC even had Strickland they would've won.
Flash
Reggie Bullock is a piece of shit too. Way to contribute absolutely nothing. Hairston should be out there instead. Now that smug asshole Self moves on. Edited March 25, 2012 by Flash

I'm not blaming him for the loss at all. He just should have shot the wide open 3 instead of driving on that one possession.
Built Ford Tough
Reggie Bullock is a piece of shit too. Way to contribute absolutely nothing. Hairston should be out there instead. Now that smug asshole Self moves on. They don't get by Ohio without Bullock as he came up huge in that game, especially late by hitting a game tying 3 and switching over to DJ Cooper, so I can see why he was out there. Sure, he made some huge mistakes today, but having Hairston out there doesn't make a difference. Full credit to Kansas. They played much, much better defense in the 2nd half and that was the difference in this game.

Sure, he made some huge mistakes today, but having Hairston out there doesn't make a difference. He's the main reason they lost today though. His play on both ends was pathetic. Either way, this only makes me think higher of Roy Williams as a coach. What he was able to do with no depth after Strickland got hurt and getting to the Elite 8 without Marshall is incredible. Him, Izzo and Pitino are the best in the business right now IMO. Edited March 25, 2012 by Flash
Built Ford Tough
By the way: Tyshawn Taylor - 22 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists on 10-19 shooting Harrison Barnes - 13 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists on 5-14 shooting Taylor performed in the 2nd half and Barnes didn't. Like I said at half time, whoever performs better in the 2nd will see his team win, and Taylor easily outplayed Barnes.
Built Ford Tough
He's the main reason they lost today though. His play on both ends was pathetic. I disagree. He played a big part, but at the end of the day, Henson and Zeller were outplayed by Robinson and Withey and Taylor outplayed Barnes. Those were much larger factors in the loss than Bullock's poor play in my opinion. When your stars get outplayed by the opposing teams stars, you can't blame the loss on a role player.
