DunkinDerozan
make it happen. Beasley would be sick in LA.

Built Ford Tough
so i take it this didn't happen then? Doubt it after they moved Fisher. Can't see them trading Blake now. Also, Crawford and Felton's agents were both saying that their clients are staying in Portland, so this looks to be dead.
Dash
With the Mavericks pick traded to Houston, very likely this is dead.
Owner Real Deal Posted March 15, 2012 Owner Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 Portland screwed this up for us, bad.
Dash
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBAWhy didn't Jamal Crawford go to the Lakers? Portland didn't want the $3.4M player option that Derek Fisher has next season, source tells Y!

Dash
Gonna have to look through the tweets but I believe that he was referring to the 3 team deal. Apparently the trade was close to being done but Portland walked out and so the Lakers did the Fisher deal.
Be Like Mike
Why didn't we get Beasley? Minny didn't want Fisher's future salary The Lakers thought they had the deal done with Derek Fisher going to Minnesota for Beasley, but the Timberwolves had second thoughts within their management circle and pulled out. Their conclusion was that they didn’t want Fisher’s $3.4 million in 2012-13 on their payroll, even if they would’ve gotten an upgrade at guard via Jamal Crawford from Portland in the three-way trade.
