Dash
This is going to be interesting, LA will win but I'd like to see how Memphis fairs against them. Hollins needs to give AI more time, he would light up Fisher.
ChosenOne
Yeah same as Dash. AI needs to play alot more and LA will get this one with at least 10 points.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 6, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 No Bynum, probably no Gasol. It's Kobe time.
Warren2ThaG
If Kobe ever wants to get 100 points, it's this game. But he won't. Maybe 30, he shoots no 3's.
kingfish
This is like 06 all over again. No all star big man, but we still have Odom. And we have Artest so yeah. Still, Bynum sucked in 06, and we had no Pau, that was when Kobe had to drop 35 a night. Im wondering if hel do the same now.

Artest and Odom have to be aggressive.

La Bomba
Prediction: Grizzlies go up by 10 in the first quarter, don't do anything for the rest of the game, and we loose by 20-30, but we'll still get our worthless 100+ points in. Worse defensive team in the NBA? I think so.

La Bomba
I hate the commentators for FS Tennessee. They're the biggest homers I've ever seen. They can never criticize anything the team is doing wrong.

La Bomba
I guess Randolph feels like playing point guard today. He doesn't do a very good job, but at least he tries, right?
Warren2ThaG
U kno what? F u Phil, learn to play Brown as the first Guard off the bench fukker. - Don't bypass the word filter.
GamerGuy
I know that the Grizzlies are a young team and all, but sheesh, they're so bad defensively it's embarrassing. How do you let Luke Walton into the paint like that? Its like the entire Memphis team is deathly afraid of contact or something.
La Bomba
The Lakers are giving the Grizzlies the game. They have an advantage in just about ever statistical category other than field goal percentage.

Be Like Mike
Wow. Kobe's fadeaway is on automatic this year. Amazing how rest in the offseason can do him wonders. 41 points on only 4 FT attempts.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 7, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 Wow, Kobe...41 points, 19-30 from the field, just three points off of free throws? No turnovers? And Ron "Chucker" Artest hits Memphis up with 19 points, 7-14 shooting, seven assists, seven rebounds? Love this team. I just can't wait to get Gasol and Bynum on the court together with everyone else.
kingfish
Kobe was goin crazy with fadeaway jumpers late in the game. Wow he hit like 6 of them in the last 5 minutes. That put him over 40 points for the night. He is still leading the league in scoring so far this year. I think Artest will continue to take pressure off Kobe especially on defense, and allow him to score a ton of points and maybe even play passing lanes more. Wonder what AI was ranting about on the bench this time, or if he and Kobe said anything to each other.
Be Like Mike
Kobe's avg thru the first 6 games in 05-06 = 32ppg Kobe's avg thru the first 6 games this year = 34.5pgg Yes, he can still avg 30+ if he wanted/needed to. Owner Real Deal Posted November 7, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 No, Jason, he's too old to do that now. He's falling out of his prime. Can't you tell?
