Cleveland's Finest
This would be a huge win for Atlanta. It'll be nice to see how Denver responds from their first loss in a back to back scenario.
Teletopez
Denver's starting backcourt has been quiet with Billups playing through an injury, and Lawson and Afflalo have been great off the bench for George Karl. Afflalo has scored in double digits in his last three games, and Lawson is a great long-range shooter, which is vital for Denver with no Smith and Billups not yet 100%. Atlanta has been great with all-around scoring, and the numbers are distributed well among the starters. Crawford's also been a weapon off the bench. Cobb
Well, we're finally back at home, which is where we play 10x better then we do on the road. I just don't know how we'll play. We got outplayed in Charlotte and Denver is better then Charlotte. If we come out and play defense well we'll be able to hang around. Owner Real Deal Posted November 7, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 Atlanta can play really good at home. I expect a close one. I think K-Mart would be important in this game, as one of Denver's better and more versatile defensive players, but it now forces Nene and Birdman to step up and play more on the defensive end, while the backcourt will have to make up any scoring lost in their efforts (as most players have to substitute defense for offense, and vice-versa). Cobb
Wow, we killed the Nuggets. 125-100 was not what I was expecting the score to be. I don't see how we can beat the Nuggets but then we lose to a team like the Bobcats. It makes no sense to me.
CaliCurbStomppa
Like people were assuming Atlanta is very tough to beat at home then again we didn't really play that good and we need to finished the road trip with a win hopefully before heading home. Teletopez
Atlanta seemed to be in charge the whole way. Crawford put up great numbers and led the way, and Atlanta's shooting was great overall. Denver was held to two 3's they weren't able to shoot well from the field. Anthony's shooting was off, though he did get to the line consistently. The Nuggets clearly missed Kenyon Martin today. Atlanta seemed to be on fire throughout.
