Legacy
Michael Jordan was probably the best player to every play in the NBA, but when it comes to running a team, you can say he struggles. What would you grade Jordan since he has owned the Bobcats?
Art
Its tough for me to be critical of Michael Jordan, "this year," as the Charlotte Bobcats have the worst record in the NBA and have the chance of turning this franchise around now. The Bobcats have shed players with tumultuous contracts like Boris Diaw and rid itself of players like Gerald Wallace and Stephen Jackson who have been rumored to be locker room cancers.. Also When you take into consideration the the Charlotte Bobcats are a small market expansion team its very hard to make a judgement. Check my Stats
I think he is doing an okay job. He recognized early that to be good in today's NBA, you must first be very bad. He shipped of Wallace and everyone else that was eating up cap space, and is losing a lot of games. It is all going to come down to whether or not the team drafts well (if he takes Drummond well that would just be incredibly ironic wouldn't it? Kwame 2.0?). Then again he also completed a trade where he got fleeced by Toronto for Chandler, then nixed it after agreeing to it because his coach flipped his lid. Universe
It really is the market. If he would have bought the Bulls then passion of having one of the greatest players as your owner in his city he made famous would have high potential for free agents. He's not great but I don't believe he's horrible.
Flash
Dude is always in Miami/Central Fla. IMO he really isn't putting his complete effort into this team. Its not like he has anything else to do either. He's hardly involved at all in the Jordan Brand anymore.
