Also, you'd have to multiply the number of people killed in Halabja by 60,000 to reach this Medieval population you're discussing. Halabja was also 14 bombings of chemicals, in formations of 7-8 planes each pass. Not sure that's the same as a dude throwing a canister off the top of a mountain.
