Newman
Obviously, the main three teams worth looking at in the East right now would be Boston, Chicago and Miami. But in between Boston and the other two teams is a young Pacers team which improved its personnel from last season by acquiring Barbosa, David West, George Hill and Amundson. Add to them the improvement by Roy Hibbert and Granger, and this team can be dangerous. Thoughts?
Built Ford Tough
Define "push". Can they win their first round series? Yeah. Can they make a difficult series for Miami in the 2nd round? Yeah. Can they advance past the 2nd round? I highly doubt it. They won't be a pushover but their ceiling is the 2nd round. They need to add one more piece before they come a real contender in the East, though. Luckily for them, they have the cap flexibility and assets to do so. fish7718
Honestly, I'd love to meet Indiana in the first round, we can beat them, they can beat Orlando/Philly though, they won't be beating Miami/Chicago though...
Sħãlïq™
Sure, I won't be that surprised if they make a push in the 'offs.
DunkinDerozan
Pretty much what fish said, i think they can beat Philly and Orlando, but they lose to Chicago, Miami or Boston easily. Indiana and Atlanta would be pretty close I think, same goes for the Knicks.
