"The Heat were in danger of playing without Chris Bosh, who rushed home late Wednesday for the birth of his son early Thursday morning. Bosh is expected to be back in New York in time for Game 3, according to TNT basketball insider David Aldridge." SRV
We don't need Bosh, we have Joel Anthony, everything will be just fine lol Don't know what to expect tonight, we are on the road, but Lebron and Wade do enjoy themselves when they play in Madison Square Garden. Flash
Big game, if we can steal one and get Lin back for gm 4, can only help our confidence lmao please let Lin play!! And lol @ the Bosh dinosaur jokes. They've been all over my twitter feed all day. As for the game, I think Wade drops 40+ tonight with Fields or whoever else guarding him. JR ain't gonna be out there for 40 minutes. We need to close out on him and Novak tonight because they can shoot the Knicks to a win. Owner Real Deal Posted May 3, 2012 Author Owner Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 No confidence in New York. I see Melo trying to do something big, but he's not going to beat a team by himself because you have to defend to beat the Heat. Chandler's time is now. He's going to have to turn on "full defensive anchor" mode, and completely shut out the paint, hoping that the Knicks have enough firepower to keep up on the offensive end. Hold Miami to around 90 points, and you have a chance. Huge task, but the Heat are 4-12 on the season when they score 90 or less, and obviously have a lot of trouble when their offense isn't clicking. Too difficult for them to win those "grind it out" games like others can.
JYD
JR ain't gonna be out there for 40 minutes.Lol what does that mean? He prob will be unless he gets into foul trouble. People also don't mention the Jeffries injury when discussing the Knicks complete failure to compete thus far in the series. During the "Linsanity" streak, and when Amar'e was out with the back injury, Jeffries was a huge factor all season long for the Knicks. He's not a good rebounder, but he is a very good defender who can eat up minutes and is versatile. He also gets a lot of open looks near the hoop (although misses quite a few and is an awful finisher lmfao) can provide some offense when the other players are real cold. It means that JR actually does a decent job on Wade but that he isn't going to be on him the entire game.
JYD
Oh yeah. Fields defense was a nightmare on Wade. Shumpert is a 10x bigger loss than Amar'e...if Shumpert was still playing, sadly, and I hate to say it, the Knicks would be in better shape with STAT out for game 3 than with him in for gm 1 and
