Yes, they are European, and Europe is predominately white, but does that make Spanish people "white"? You have black, white and mixed hispanics. Black Hispanics being someone like David Ortiz White hispanics being Spanish people, and many others of pure European descent. Most hispanics are mixed in the sense that they have Native blood, white blood and african blood. But I still don't see why Hispanics are classified as White in the US, they aren't. I have a Mexican friend of Italian and Spanish descent, his cousins have blue eyes, and some of them even have blonde hair, so hes definitely white.
