Sħãlïq™
BREAKING NEWS: BUTLER TO START GAME 3: Despite suffering a fractured left hand in Game 1, Clippers small forward Caron Butler will be in the starting lineup today when L.A. hosts the Grizzlies in Game 3 of their Western Conference first-round series at Staples Center. Butler was originally expected to be out 4-6 after suffering the injury when his hand got tangled in the jersey of Memphis forward Rudy Gay. He saw a specialist Thursday, who cleared him to practice. After shooting the ball around Friday and again Saturday, coach Vinny Del Negro ruled him fit to play. “We may have underestimated his toughness,” Del Negro said before the game.http://tbt.blogs.nba.com/2012/05/05/grizzlies-at-clippers-430-p-m-et/ http://www.nba.com/clippers/games/butler-starts-game-3-patten-120505.html Edited May 5, 2012 by Sħãlïq̵'

ChosenOne
You need one point and you shoot a jumper? Memphis is [expletive]ing retarded, they deserve to lose.
Guru
That was ALL Conley's fault.
Lemon
Cp3 was tremendous. That was amazing to watch. Unfortunately, none of these teams have shown that they'll be able to knock out Spurs.
Owner Real Deal Posted May 6, 2012 Author Owner Report Share Posted May 6, 2012 I have no idea why Conley didn't just attack the rim. I knew Rudy was going to take a poor, contested jumper right when Conley hit the brakes...just not enough time left on the clock, obvious it would be a catch-and-shoot, and Gay was the guy that dropped those two big threes to get them back in it, anyway. And yeah, I agree, the Spurs will run over both. Memphis would have lost last season, if SAS had a healthy Ginobili.
Sħãlïq™
Phew! Another 1-pt win.. I'll take it tho'! BTW, is it just me or Mayo stepped on CP3's nuts?!!
