Warren2ThaG
Let's show them who's the boss of the division. Finish them hard tonight and get under their skin. Give them mentality that they cannot compete with us. Artest should have a bomb game.
Cobb
I think this one will be close but I'm hoping the Suns come out on top.
bigdog17k
It will be a close game, but I'm pulling for Phoenix.
Lemon
I think this one goes to Lakers after Suns pulled off a 40 pt 1st quarter last night. Then again, sometimes Steve Nash never seems to get tired.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 12, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 12, 2009 Bynum is playing, and I read somewhere that Gasol may play? Never really know these days. Either way, Phoenix will need someone to defend Kobe in the post. No Marion, no Raja, no Barnes. That means it's all on Grant Hill, and while he's still a good defensive player, his age has caught up with him. Can't wait to see Shannon in the game, also. If he gets the ball enough, he'll destroy Nash. My only concern is the pick and roll. Odom and Fisher better grow brains, because it's going to be Nash to Amare all night. Owner Real Deal Posted November 12, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 12, 2009 Now that I think about it, the Suns will involve Bynum in the pick and roll, which hurts us. I wonder how Phil will play Odom and Bynum...probably Drew on Amare, Odom covering Frye on the perimeter.
CaliCurbStomppa
This gonna be good but i see Lakers showing them they are the better team
andreusito
We're gonna get blown out because we've had like 4-5 games in 8-9 days (just guessed)and coming off a game, while the Lakers just had a what, 4 day rest?
Lkr
Our first big game of the season. After seeing Phoenix go crazy this year, I'm interested to see how we match up
YugoRocketsFan
We're gonna get blown out because we've had like 4-5 games in 8-9 days (just guessed)and coming off a game, while the Lakers just had a what, 4 day rest? That doesnt really mean anything considering the fact that the Lakers jumpshot could be off after 4 days and the suns shot could be on because they havent had a break. kingfish
Woww its pretty evident that our bigs are way better then their bigs. I think wel destroy the Suns tonight, they cant match our physicality but we can match their speed.
kingfish
Kobe in the post is pretty. And they are leaving someone wide open every time.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 13, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 So, we take Kobe out, take Ron out, and we suddenly lose our lead. Is it just me, or is Phil an idiot with his rotations? Keep someone good in. Play Odom and Bynum when Kobe and Artest are sitting, add Shannon in that group as well. We don't want to see a five of Mbenga, Powell, Walton, Vujacic and Farmar.
Sun Tzu
We aren't getting most of our shots in. We need to get Nash in the game.
PapaDoink
Damn Amare should have had those 2 points and I didnt see Channing touch Artest at all lol
Sun Tzu
That foul was bull[expletive]. Frye didn't even touch Artest.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 13, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 Kobe is putting a LOT of work into the post. I like what he's doing, but it's pretty physical. Can't wait to get Gasol back.
PapaDoink
At least keep this game close even if we lose just dont let it get out of hand.
kingfish
Sasha coming to protect Kobe. The look on Sashas face when he gets the technical. Lol I love Sasha. Edited November 13, 2009 by kingfish
Lemon
Lol Sasha. He had no place in that argument. Kobe had it under control.

Warren2ThaG
I was told that the Lakers aren't contenders without Gasol. Â We aren't vs. the Celtics without Gasol. It's a fact. It's the season not the playoffs. Don't believe everything you see.
