Warren2ThaG
Indy would have a great chance of winning this series if they win game
SRV
I hope we slap them in game 1, send a message. There is no reason we can't destroy this team, I think the Knicks are better than the Pacers.
Owner Real Deal Posted May 12, 2012 Author Owner Report Share Posted May 12, 2012 I think the Knicks are better than the Pacers.I don't know, man. I think NY had the potential to be better, but the Pacers are better defensively (once you remove Shumpert from the equation, and add an injured Chandler), and they also play bigger (top four in rebounding). The Knicks shot far too many threes over the course of the season, really didn't have a flow to their offense, while the Pacers shoot less threes, but at a higher percentage...which was the mindset LeBron and Wade carried into the season (shoot less threes, but at a high percentage). Plus, Granger and George can defend well, when locked in...and those are the two guys on James and Wade. When you factor in Roy Hibbert, who is more aggressive (on the offensive end) than Chandler, the Heat should have more trouble with this Pacer team. Doc
Every call going James/Wades way.
Dash
Pacers struggling to score in the 4th but Hibbert back for like 30 seconds and they get 4 points easy up on the board. Barbosa missing those free throws is a huge blow, could end up costing them the game.
Dash
Another missed free throw from Indiana...
Dash
George Hill!
Dash
Wow huge break for the Pacers. If that call is on Hibbert and you can call it a night.
Dash
Oh my goodness what a chasedown block from Wade. Why the hell didn't George pass it?
Dash
Are you serious? No call on Hill getting mauled on that three point shot?
Dash
Lol this Pacers offense is almost as bad as the Nuggets' from last night.
Make It Naaaashty
Indiana beat themselves by missing 5 out of their 7 free throws in the 4th and not converting on fastbreak layups and wide open shots. They played a great game but you're not going to be this close with the Heat and get the oppurtunities the Pacers got. This was the Pacers game. Dash
What a night for Lebron, 16 points in the 4th quarter.
SRV
I tracked this game through my Iphone and then finally got home to catch the last 10 seconds lol
Luke
I think all the early foul trouble really [expletive]ed up over. Few bad calls, missed free throws and LeBron James also happened.
Flash
Tough to lost Bosh but hopefully its nothing THAT serious and he only has to miss a game or 2. D-Wade and LBJ had nice stats but didn't really shoot the ball very well between them. That's unlikely to happen very often. We also won without making one three pointer as well. Joel and Turiaf were the difference today though when Chris got hurt because Haslem wasn't doing anything. Love what both of those guys brought to the table.
