alcstarheel
L.A. Lakers @ Denver Time: 10:30 PM ETTV: ESPN
Warren2ThaG
They are tough to beat at home, Odom and Artest have to do better and score in double figures.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 13, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 They just ended a six-game road trip, so I'm sure they are excited to be back in Denver. The Lakers did get some rest in last night's game, though...so even with it being a back-to-back, we shouldn't be too exhausted. I just hate the plane trip, the fact that they lose an hour...so the Lakers get there at a weird time, don't get much sleep, and have to gear up for a road game against a playoff team. It would be nice to have Pau for this one. Probably not going to happen, though.
Cobb
Nuggets are going to struggle big time if Bynum goes big like he did last night.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 13, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 13, 2009 K-Mart has been struggling, and Billups doesn't even play the same anymore. I wonder how much Martin will have to defend Kobe in the post. That's going to be a huge issue for Denver, as it'll mismatch Afflalo with either Odom or Artest, and Kobe could post up on K-Mart just a bit away from the rim, enough to where he can't recover for those rebounds, and Bynum will eat Nene alive on the glass, along with Odom. Denver is going to have to do something about Bryant.
CaliCurbStomppa
We are taking this tonight and we will be very fired up from last year.
YugoRocketsFan
Nuggets are going to struggle big time if Bynum goes big like he did last night. He was facing Stoudemire who Bynum owns all the time, Bynum wont pull the same stats, not even close.
The Regime
One of my favorite matchups in the NBA. Bynum had a huge game last night, and I expect similar things out of him today against Nene.
ChosenOne
Billups is going to have to show up here. Melo and Kobe will both go for over 30 points. Key factors will be the Play of Bynum coming off a good game last night and Billups for the Nuggets. Lakers win it in the last couple of minutes. LA by 7. YugoRocketsFan
Weird how a majority of people think Lakers have it.
ChosenOne
They are letting both teams play right now I hope they can continue calling it this way.
ChosenOne
Bynum should have the post game all night.
Cobb
Carmelo Anthony just picked up his second foul. That's not good news for the Nuggets.
kingfish
Is it just me or is it all Kobe is taking is contested jumpers. Funny how hes shooting 50 % on the season and leading the NBA in scoring. He seems to never get an easy score, im starting to realize how amazing hes playing right now. ChosenOne
I love how Sasha trips over every foul call.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 14, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 14, 2009 Odom is choking on defense. Does he EVER contest a shot? Damn man. And we need to get the ball inside more, to Kobe in the post, and down low to Bynum. Ron is playing decent defense, but it's Melo...tough to defend, no matter who you are. I just think Artest needs to attack the rim more, and dish it off to Bynum or Lamar. Work more in the post, and defend the damn perimeter, and we win the game. Denver is a one-trick pony against us, but we're letting them perform the same trick over and over again.

ChosenOne
Lakers are playing flat out lazy. No one is even trying to get back on defense. Nuggets have a chance to blow this up and maybe even end this here.
ChosenOne
LA needs to stop forcing the ball to Bynum. Damn it is a quite night for OTR.
