I didnt get a chance to watch the game, but based on the boxscore our pg's got outplayed again. Fisher shot 3-13 wtf! As clutch as Fish is in critical situations, his play is really starting to concern me. Quicker pg's torch him every single night. And Farmar is a really inconsistent backup, I dont know what we can expect out of him any single given night. I still dont understand why Shannon Brown isnt getting more playing time, he is only player on our bench that contributes.

I agree. The dude knew his stuff.

First Snake, then Diesel. I hope this trend doesn't continue.

I really don't know what else to tell you guys. They aren't going to bait members every night they post. There are rules for a reason. Didn't we all learn this stuff when we signed up here?

Kobe was hurt last Sunday, playing through the groin injury.

We need Gasol, now.

lol kobe has such a distinct face, if he was wearing a hat and had a beard, i still would know whether its kobe or not.

I'm just saying, whatever the reasons are, I just hate seeing contributing members that made interesting topics and had some knowledgeable posts leave like this.

YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH

I hope you are having fun at the game Kairu

Nice airball by Kobe. The funniest part about Kobe sucking in this game is that Battier was been in foul trouble the entire game. 5-19 shooting and 4 turnovers. The Houston defense has absolutely owned Kobe.

Hope you're having fun being banned. I'm sure it was worth it, right?

Anyways, a couple of things. The seats we had were AMAZING. You could see the entire court unobstructed, and we weren't super high up like I thought we would be. Staples Center is an amazing venue, we had our own waitress for our section, and you could have food brought to you. The actual seats themselves were incredibly comfortable...all in all, the experience of being there was amazing. Definitely need to do this again.

The entire arena gave Ariza a standing ovation when he received his ring. That was awesome.

As for the game, well, there's a lot of things that went wrong for us. First off, we didn't rebound the ball...and that really killed it for us. Odom was getting beat on the glass by Landry, Anderson, Scola, it was embarrassing. We had no second chance opportunities, and we could hardly keep the Rockets bigs from crashing the glass.

Our defense was lackluster as well. We had stretches where we would play good defense, but it was inconsistent. Ron did a great job out there, but he was the exception. We often didn't rotate in time, and that lead to an open Rocket 3-pointer.

Aaron Brooks is friggin' fast. He was losing Fisher so much it was disheartening, the guy has amazing quickness. Speaking of Fisher...I love the guy, but man, he looked old out there. Couldn't keep up with Brooks, (who can, really?) wasn't hitting shots. Just didn't have a good game.

Farmar and Vujacic are trash. Phil seriously needs to cut down their minutes. Shannon Brown is awesome, played good defense, hit his shots, didn't take stupid shots, played with great energy. We need to seriously just give him all of Farmar and Sasha's minutes. Hell, I wouldn't be opposed to him starting. This guy is a keeper.

Kobe struggled, and it was bad. I don't know if that groin injury was hurting, but he just didn't play well. The Rockets did a good job of doubling him, forcing him into some early turnovers. He looked frustrated out there most of the night.

Bynum is all-star material. The Lakers should of gone to him much more in the second half, he was playing well. Bynum, Artest, and Shannon were the only Lakers who played well tonight. Everybody else just didn't play well at all.

Had an awesome time, just disappointed with the outcome.

A joke, or baiting? Maybe a bit of both? I gave the Rockets credit, the least you can do is not act like the king of the dicks.

lolwut? I just told a harmless joke, I didnt say, HAHA MY TV OUT, LAKERS WIN? or OMG HOW DID IT FEEL TO SEE YOUR REALLY [expletive]TY TEAM LOSE!

Wow @ some of the stuff people take seriously these days.

No, but it gets tiring when you're always joking. Its not like I've got a stick up my ass here, or over reacting, I'm just tired of it.

No way, I dont always joke, I joke a lot yes, but not always, plus life is supposed to be enjoyable, not a piece of crap, joking is part of what makes life enjoyable.

...and too much of it can make life un-enjoyable. Just ask Michael Scott, who acts like a joker all the time to everyone around them, only to annoy the hell out of them. You can be serious and still enjoy life.

I do it sometimes, which is nowhere near all the time, you enjoy life when you are allowed to do what you want to do .

whats baiting? i hear that word at other message boards i go to.

In essence, posting stuff to get a rise out of fans or certain members. Such as...

"Kome Cryant sucks, is a rapist, and will launch airballs at people in the crowd." (Using some humor in the second part there, just for you Slaven. ;) )

oh okay... yeah i hate arguing on the internet & text messages because you cant see their faces so you cant tell if theyre being serious or not... its really tricky because they can retract their words back & say that they were kidding the whole time

We won against a half-hearted Lakers. Kobe didn't seem interested in game, hell he was missing layups and chucking up shots...not to mentoin nursing a groin injury. Had Gasol played, Lakers would never have lost that 17-2 lead (or whatever they had).

Kudos to the Rockets though, this team always surprises me. Battier barely played but Ariza's defense made up for it and great game from Brooks. How we outrebounded the Lakers by 28 is beyond me (our center is 6-6 for Christ's sake!) but yeah, great overall team effort.

Our winning is ruining my rebuilding plans. <_<
