Phightins
Somebody will overpay him massively, which will make his loss slightly more bearable.

Phightins
I'm not sure defense is something that a 27 year old can pick up overnight. In which case, he probably peaked this past year.
The Regime
Source: Lou Williams Drawing 'Significant' Interest Around NBALou Williams is drawing “significant” interest around the NBA, with one source pegging Williams’ worth "in the Thaddeus Young range." Young signed a five-year, $43 million deal last December. "It's impossible to gauge [how much a team would be willing to pay] because there are so many teams who have money and Lou certainly is a good player," Sixers president Rod Thorn said. "The natural inclination is for teams who have money to spend some of it, of course. The last couple of years, there are a lot of teams that have gotten way under the salary cap and I'm sure that Lou will get some interest from teams." Williams plans to opt out of the final $5.176 million of his deal. http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/sixers/20120618_Sixers__Williams_wants_to_stay_but_willl_test_market.html
DunkinDerozan
He'd be a great pick up, but for the amount of money he's going to cost, I'd pass if i'm the Raptors.
