Owner Real Deal Posted November 18, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 18, 2009 Detroit is full of surprises, but I can't say they'll pull out a victory here, even though I'll be rooting for them. Roy and Prince will be interesting, but Detroit just isn't that defensive-minded team they were a few years back, while the Blazers are doing well on both sides of the ball, with more and more contributing from Oden (10 PPG, 8 RPG, 61% FG, 24 minutes). Warren2ThaG
IS Prince back? I expect Portland to win by 10+ either way.
Dr. Feelgood
From what I read on NBA.com in the preview of this game, Prince will not play.
Owner Real Deal Posted November 19, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 Maybe in the article I read earlier, they meant to say Rip. The preview doesn't have it now...like they just did a quick edit, hahaha.
Warren2ThaG
Andre Miller loves his starting role much better. Seems more in the flow there.
Dr. Feelgood
Holy crap, we are choking this game. Thank you Blake for missing your three point attempt, getting your rebound, making a couple of passes, and hitting the dagger three to hopefully end the game. 81-77 with 25 seconds left as I type this. Sun Tzu
Blake for the 3 to stretch the lead to 4 with 24 seconds left.
Dr. Feelgood
I'm really puzzled by the Charlie V three point shot right when the ball was inbounded with 10 seconds left on the clock from about 3-4 inches behind the three point line... The play was probably ran for him to pull up and take that three, quickly, then foul (being down four). I understand why he did it. Gordon was cold most of the night, even though if I were coaching, I'd probably have him shoot it versus Charlie.
