Dash
Marc Stein @ESPNSteinLine Going online now: Suns move quickly after Steve Nash trade and strike four-year deal with Goran Dragic worth $34 million, sources tell ESPN Wow...
ChosenOne
They drafted Marshall so why sign Dragic to such a fat contract?
Dash
Adrian Wojnarowski @WojYahooNBA As ESPN reported, Goran Dragic agreed to a 4 year, $34M deal with the Suns. Rockets decided that was "too rich" and let him go, source says. I can understand not competing with that offer because its definitely overpay but we are screwed. Beyond screwed. RecruitScoop
Brb trading Dragic and a 1st rounder for Aaron Brooks and then re-signing Dragic for double the money...smart
Built Ford Tough
The deal is actually 4/$30M not 4/$34M. The $4M is a $1M bonus each year if Dragic makes the All-Star team, which I think we all can agree won't happen with the guards out West. Make It Naaaashty
Not surprising at all. The Suns last year gave fat contracts to Frye and Childress, both are scrubs. They tend to overpay A LOT for players they don't need and don't think before they do. Edited July 5, 2012 by Make It Naaaashty
Cleveland's Finest
I never understood why they traded him in the first place...has potential to be a great point guard. Reminds me of Manu, just not at that level yet.
