Owner Real Deal Posted July 6, 2012 Author Owner Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 A one-year deal? I really thought he would get a 2-3 year contract somewhere. I know LA wanted him, but that was all tossed out the door with Nash using our TPE.
JYD
Good signing for the Sixers, he'll help with some scoring from the backcourt. And with only a 1 year deal, if he doesn't work out, no big deal. Sixers still won't be a serious threat until they have that "one guy." The guy who can really close a game...Igoudala just isn't that dude
Phightins
One year deal is perfect. Guess he wanted to come somewhere where he could pad his stats and cash in next offseason. Works for me. Most importantly, it means we won't be overpaying Lou.
AboveLegit
His 3rd contract year in the league, have fun with him Philly.
Check my Stats
I don't get why they want a worse version of Lou Williams.
Phightins
I don't get why they want a worse version of Lou Williams. Well I guess we can't say with certainty until Lou signs, but I am sure it is money related. I'd probably hate this if it were more than a 1 year deal, but as it is I am totally fine with it. Make It Naaaashty
Nick Young is raw. He'll be a good scorer off the bench for Philly.
Need4Sheed
I heard some saying that if Collins puts him into Meeks starting slot that it will really screw up Turners confidence. Which I completely agree.
Cleveland's Finest
If he plays near the level he did in the Grizzlies series, the 76ers may have found a solid sixth man to replace Lou. I like his swagger and streaky shooting. Edited July 7, 2012 by Cleveland's Finest
Smitty
Didn't see this until now lol. Solid replacement for Lou. I like it.
