Teletopez
Home-field advantage for the World Series was decided in the first inning of the All-Star Game. Any other genius ideas you want to put into play before you retire, Bud? http://assets.nydailynews.com/polopoly_fs/1.449374!/img/httpImage/image.jpg Edited July 11, 2012 by #HelloBrooklyn
NomarFachix
What's the difference between alternating every year and giving it to the ASG winner, though? Non-issue IMO

fish7718
Why not just go by regular season record, though? Not really fair based upon the the fact teams play teams for the other league 1/9 of their schedule so we should we reward a team in one league just because they beat up on possibly weaker competition? Anyway you gonna do it going to be flawed, tbh home field advantage in baseball has never been a big deal IMO, much bigger in football and basketball. I think the ASG deciding it is stupid but like iMan I agree, no big deal.
Jenneral
Embarrassing showing by the AL. Braun should've been the MVP.
