Flash
I said during the season Charlotte would be retarded not to trade Augustin at the deadline. Now he just walked without them getting anything in return.
Check my Stats
They wouldn't have gotten anything for him. Maybe a 2nd rounder.
Built Ford Tough
I don't know why, but I've always liked Augustin. Maybe it is my strange love affair with Longhorn point guards (TJ Ford, Cory Joseph, Augustin, Myck Kabongo) but for some strange reason I've always liked him. I actually think he will be solid for the Pacers next year. I know he never lit the world on fire in Charlotte, but given the circumstances I think he had a pretty decent career with them. I could see him averaging something like 12/7 with a PER of around 16-17 next year. Nothing special, but solid.

It's hard to really put him on blast right now, since he's been in Charlotte, but he has to shoot the ball better, regardless. Good from outside, but everything in between...it's too inconsistent, like it was back at Texas.
