Great cliff hangers just as usual too.Hmm. I wasn't really impressed with the first episode, mainly with the whole shooting scene where the took the prison yard. I know what you mean though and it bothered me as well. What made it even worse was the part where Carol remarked about the nonexistent recoil shortly afterwards. Cobb Posted November 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 11, 2012 Just got finished with E04 "Killer Within" and damn what an episode. Poor T-Dog. I really got a weird feeling when he exceeded his usual two lines. Can't say I saw Lori's death coming at all, especially in the fourth episode of a sixteen episode season. Can't even imagine who will be left by the season finale. That whole scene with her was probably one of the most gruesome of the whole series. Also, I guess it's safe to assume Carol is alive? Really amazing how good the show can be so good despite Ricky only saying one word. Lori is definitely dead as I assumed. No way she survived all the bleeding out and being eaten. Still no sign of Carol, and the group is assuming she’s dead by digging her a grave, but there is still no body, so I guess there is still hope. That phone call..no way it's real right? Unfortunately I got some spoilers before the season from some of my asshole co-workers who have read the comic books, but it's still been very enjoyable. I think the idea behind this is to show how long of intervule it had been between seasons 2 and 3. If you're using a weapon every day for 6 months like it's hinted that they had been doing than you're going to get very good handling it. It's also showing that Carl is losing his innocence in this new world. I love this show and hate that it wont be on again until February. First thirty or so minutes was just as boring the episode last week and then fianlly something happens in the last ten minutes. Great ending to a mediocre episode.
