Cobb
Welp, the pre-season transfer window closes tomorrow and still no word on a move for Clint Dempsey. Not looking good.
Gooner
Dempsey's not that good, don't know what's going through his head. Fulham signed Petrić who's better a than him anyway. Plus it's looking like they're going to get Berbatov, too.

Cobb
With Andy Carroll off to West Ham on a season-long loan, I wonder if that opens up a move for Clint Dempsey to Liverpool. Will be interesting to see what happens between now and tomorrow.
Jesse The Body
There is a lot of rumors coming out that Walcott will be heading to Manchester City and they will swap Walcott for Dzeko so Dzeko would be at Arsenal? Wow interesting turn of events if this happens.

Cobb
ESPN SC Soccer - Fulham's American striker Clint Dempsey agrees to deal with Tottenham - Sky Sports Just got the text alert, will edit post once I get to a computer. EDIT - Glad this whole ordeal is over with. Appears as though Clint Dempsey signing with Tottenham was probably the biggest signing of the day. Hearing the deal with Tottenham is three years for £6 million and I also read that the fee Fulham wanted from Liverpool was actually higher than that they accepted from Spurs and Villa. What an interesting way for the saga to end. Time to buy a Spurs kit? http://i.imgur.com/ZdASh.jpg Edited August 31, 2012 by Cobb

NomarFachix
Yeah you just actually demonstrated above. Forum spam is the creating of messages that are advertisements on Internet forums. It is generally done by automated spambots. Most forum spam consists of links to external sites, with the dual goals of increasing search engine visibility in highly competitive areas such as weight loss, pharmaceuticals, gambling, pornography, real estate or loans, and generating more traffic for these commercial websites. Some of these links contain code to track the spambot's identity; if a sale goes through, when the spammer behind the spambot works on commission. Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most spam is commercial advertising, often for dubious products, get-rich-quick schemes, or quasi-legal services. Spam is most often considered to be electronic junk mail or junk newsgroup postings. Some people define spam even more generally as any unsolicited email. Send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet. A message is Spam only if it is both Unsolicited and Bulk. Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail. unsolicited usually commercial e-mail sent to a large number of addresses http://i.imgur.com/VIKi5.gif
