Sħãlïq™
Do you find it difficult to to fall asleep immediately after work? And do you usually have a big breakfast when you finish work? Do you find it difficult to stay awake? I do, especially between 4:30 and 6 AM. That's the worst time! Gotta make a real effort to stay awake. NomarFachix
What time is your night shift? Like, done late at night, or overnight work?
Sħãlïq™
What time is your night shift? Like, done late at night, or overnight work?It used to be from 11 PM to 7:20 AM, but the guys were always coming late so I had to stay till 7:40-7:45. <_< And apart from feeling tired, I think the worst part is that you still have to do things in the morning 'cause the world ain't made for folks who work at night. <_< For example, the banks are only open from 10 to 4. NomarFachix
Yeah I mean I can imagine being exhausted at that 4 AM mark if I had to work that, all the way until 7+ AM? The human body isn't built for that I don't ever have to work beyond 9:30 PM, which is kind of nice. I think my body would fold up shop if I had to do 11 PM - 7:45 AM
Sħãlïq™
Yeah, there are some studies which show that people who work at night get old more quickly (than ppl working during the day).
