Sħãlïq™
Bledsoe's PER has been dropping since he hurt his hip in MIL, not sure if it is making him more tentative or what. His PER has dropped from 22-23 down to 20 over the last 5 games. He hasn't been shooting well and his turnovers have gone up. He has almost dropped out of the top 20 in PER (he ranks 20th)... Sħãlïq™
Broussard: Clippers Likely To Deal Bledsoe At Draft The 23-year-old Bledsoe, who is in his third season, will be a restricted free agent after this season (actually Chris, it's after NEXT season) and there will be plenty of interest in his services. New Orleans and Washington, according to sources, are among the clubs that have shown interest in the combo guard. Washington's interest is surprising and presumably came when the Wizards were looking for someone to run their offense before the return of John Wall. With Paul due to receive a max-level contract from the Clippers, plus Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan already earning big money, the Clippers almost certainly won't be able to match another team's contract offer to Bledsoe. But they will not rush to move him as Oklahoma City did with James Harden. When other clubs call the Clippers to ask if Bledsoe's available, they're quickly and decisively told no. The Clippers will keep Bledsoe this season -- first as insurance in the highly unlikely scenario that Paul leaves as a free agent, and second to help them win the crown this season. The likeliest scenario has the Clippers trading Bledsoe around draft time. The feeling among many NBA executives is that Bledsoe has to play in an up-tempo system, and some believe he can start on about half of the league's teams. The question, of course, will be how much money can he command on the open market? One executive put him in the economic class of Jeremy Lin ($8.3 million per year) and Goran Dragic ($7.5 million), each of whom capitalized on their strong play in free agency last summer. But who knows? After a subpar 2011-12 season, Bledsoe turned heads and raised his stock by having games of 23 points and 17 points in the Clippers' four-game series loss to San Antonio. If he plays well in a deep playoff run this season, perhaps more money will await, especially with Paul singing his praises. "He deserves to run his own team, he deserves to be a starter somewhere,'' Paul recently told me. "So when the time comes, I'm going to be the biggest advocate for him to get the money he deserves.''" ESPN insider

Sħãlïq™
It is fitting that the Clippers, who for two seasons have boasted the most exciting collection of dunkers in the league, would have a representative at the premier event of All-Star Saturday Night. And it might be even more fitting that it’s Bledsoe. He is averaging career highs in points (9.8), rebounds (3.2) and steals (1.7) and has started 12 of the last 14 games in place of injured All-Star Chris Paul, emerging as one of the most promising youngsters in the league. (...) http://www.nba.com/clippers/news/bledsoe-dunk-all-star-saturday-nightHere’s a look at five of Bledsoe’s best in-game dunks from the last two seasons:Bledsoe’s high-flying putback in Atlanta (Nov. 24, 2012): Jamal Crawford flips the ball back to Bledsoe for a reverse alley-oop vs. Dallas (Dec. 5, 2012): CP3 lobs to Bledsoe (soaring right-handed jam) against the Kings (Dec. 1, 2012): Bledsoe drives past his defender and splits two more for a dunk down the center of the lane vs. Sac'to (Apr. 7, 2012): Paul feeds Bledsoe off the glass for the jam against Sacramento (Apr. 7, 2012): BEASTY!!! Sħãlïq™
Bledsoe's back The Clippers regained the sparkplug of their second team on Saturday when Eric Bledsoe returned to the lineup for the first time since March 7 because of a sore left calf. Bledsoe looked like his old self at times, running up and down the court and causing havoc on defense. He finished with seven points and two rebounds in 12 minutes. Before the game Del Negro said Bledsoe's return would help the Clippers just as much defensively as it would offensively when he plays with the second unit.http://espn.go.com/blog/los-angeles/clippers/post/_/id/4261/rapid-reaction-clippers-101-nets-
