ChosenOne Posted January 3, 2010 Report Share Posted January 3, 2010 (edited) Billups, Melo not likely for Saturday Chauncey Billups has been ruled out of Saturday's game with a groin injury, while Carmelo Anthony is doubtful to play due to a sore knee, according to the Denver Post. The Jazz could be without Deron Williams, who is dealing with the flu. If all three stars miss this game, Ty Lawson, J.R. Smith and Ronnie Price would all be decent fantasy options on Saturday. Keep in mind that Billups is the only one of the three who is definitely out today. Looks like they turned the ball over way too many times...Boozer with five, Ronnie Price with four in about 20 minutes of play, 26 turnovers combined for the entire team. Pathetic.
