Thaddeus Young scored 19 points, Spencer Hawes had 18 points and 13 rebounds, Dorell Wright added 16 points and Damien Wilkins had 12. The Sixers improved to 26-40 and won their second game in a row.LaMarcus Aldridge was terrific for the Trail Blazers with 32 points and 14 rebounds.
