Posted October 23, 2012 Report Share Posted October 23, 2012 i don't think he is worth 8-10 million. i believe his defense and his ability to knock down a mid range jumper should get him a full mid level exception (which i believe is around 4-5 million.) i don't think he is worth anymore than 6. I disagree. I think he is worth around 8 million a year, but is he worth that much to the bulls playing behind Boozer? no. If he tests the market i think he will get 8 easy and maybe even 10 from someone. Bulls wouldn't give him anything close to 10 though, maybe half that. He is a very talented defender and has decent rebounding and occasional offensive capabilities, though those skills are maximized with the talent he plays as well as Thibs awesome defensive schemes. There are other players in the league that could have made a similar impact that he does on the Bulls, but because of their situations their skills weren't maximized or noticed.
