kingfish
Wow. Is this a joke? This must be a freaking joke. We have Trout, Pujols, and Hamilton in our lineup. Just wow. ESPN.com ^ source

Paul
That's a lot of money. Is there not a salary cap in baseball anymore?
kingfish
5 years is a lot.Doesnt seem like it compared to the mega deals that GM's hand out nowadays. We gave Pujols a 10 year. Still, Hamilton has a lot of question marks. He was pretty inconsistent last year (but when hes hot he can carry your team). Hes not very durable and gets injured often. I think playing in Anaheim will be better for him though, Its too hot in Texas.

Y'all better hope Hamilton and Pujols delay the steep part of their declines as long as possible. That could get reallllly ugly. Should be a fun lineup in 2013 though. kingfish
he's overrated to begin withNahh, hes just injury prone. Hes a five tool player, and one of the best all around hitters in baseball. Kind of like a left handed Cabrera, if he could stay healthy for a full season Hamilton could win a triple crown. His road splits arent bad at all either, in fact their pretty good. His numbers will regress a little bit not playing in Texas anymore, but I think hel have even better lineup around him with us. Hitting behind Trout and in front of Pujols, thats gonna be insane.
