ChosenOne Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 (edited) Melo is out Friday, probably Saturday as well Carmelo Anthony has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Lakers and said he will "probably" miss Saturday's game against the Jazz as well. Melo says there's still a chance he'll play on Tuesday, but we're getting very close to the All-Star break now. The Nuggets have to be considering shutting down their franchise player through the break. He's now missed six straight games with what expected to be a minor ankle sprain, while Joey Graham will grab another start. Bynum needs to play better defense, he let Nene blow right past him and the play after he let Afflalo get a easy uncontested reverse layup. Overall though, not a bad start.
