The Regime
Kobe should consider sitting out this last game before the ASG, the team proved that they can hold it down in his absence. Sun Tzu
This means I can watch it on TV and don't have to stream it on the computer and suffer through the lag of the stream Go Lakers, beat the Spurs!

Owner Real Deal Posted February 8, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 I honestly don't want Bryant playing until after the ASG, win or lose. We need him the second half of the season, and most importantly, in the playoffs.
Kobe24
I think he should play like 10 min all star weekend... just to keep his streak lol
BeeZee
Kobe should consider sitting out this last game before the ASG, the team proved that they can hold it down in his absence. This isn't the last game before the All-Star game - we play against the Jazz on Wednesday night. I'd love for Kobe to sit and for us to win. I want us heading into the break with some momentum.

Vitasoy
I have a feeling Bynum will be out for this game as well  http://sports.espn.g...tory?id=4894388 PORTLAND, Ore. -- The injury list keeps on growing for the Los Angeles Lakers.  As if losing Kobe Bryant to a sprained left ankle wasn't bad enough, Andrew Bynum was limited to only three points and one rebound in 9 minutes 33 seconds of playing time in Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers because of a hip bruise.  Bynum was fouled by Juwan Howard with 10:58 left in the first quarter and landed hard on his right hip. He played the next four minutes before leaving the game and heading to the locker room.  He played four more minutes in the second quarter but ended his night at halftime and didn't emerge from the locker room when the third quarter began. It isn't the only injury with which the fifth-year center is dealing.  Before the game, Bynum said he hurt his left knee in the second half of the Lakers' game Wednesday when he banged knees with Charlotte's Stephen Jackson  Bynum, who already regularly wears a brace on his right knee after suffering a torn medial collateral ligament last January, is now wearing a protective sleeve that holds foam-disk padding in place on his left knee.
Hero
Win or lose, Kobe should rest. I don't think it'll help the team that much if he played. Let the Cavs get the most wins in the regular season. Come the playoffs, we need to be focused.
bigdog17k
Lakers should win by 10+ even without Bryant/Bynum.
Cobb
Lakers should win by 10+ even without Bryant/Bynum.Doubt that happens. Spurs beat up on the Lakers already this season by twenty so I wouldn't be surprised if they won big again.

The Regime
so what kind of lineup are we looking at tonight.... pg-Derek Fishersg-Shannon Brownsf-Ron Artestpf-Lamar Odomc-Pau Gasol or maybe.... pg-Derek Fishersg-Ron Artestsf-Lamar Odompf-Josh Powellc-Pau Gasol my bet would probably be the second one, considering we wouldnt get alot of production from the bench if Shannon started

kingfish
Dayum LO is really a beast, too bad we have too many bigs otherwise he could do some more serious damage for a full season.
Kobe24
Odom always is beast if he is the primary option.. Why he cant always play like this? IDk...
The Regime
Not a bad first quarter considering the circumstances. We need to play better defense especially in the paint. Spurs are having a tough time matching up with Lamar, we should run our offense through him. So far whenever he has touched the ball, we've been successful.

The Regime
9-3 run to end the half. I'm pretty satisfied with where we stand, we need to keep on running on them they cant keep up with our pace.
The Regime
Lamar is playing possesed tonight, if only we could get this out of him every night.
