ChosenOne
Monta out Tuesday, will meet with doctor Monta Ellis has been ruled out for Tuesday's game due to his knee injury and will be examined in Alabama on Tuesday by the same doctor who performed his ACL surgery in high school.Yikes. This is not good news at all and owners need to hold their collective breath as we await the results. We recommend benching him for the week, while it looks like more big things to come from Stephen Curry, Anthony Morrow and C.J. Watson. Warren2ThaG
"I'm definitely limited, but I'm going to try to give it a go," Bynum told the newspaper. "I just want to see if it'll get worse. Every step you take, the muscle rubs over the top of it and it's real painful."---http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/news/story?id=4917624
Owner Real Deal Posted February 16, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 Nevermind, no Kobe tonight. http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/news/story?id=4919088 Kobe Bryant won't play in the Los Angeles Lakers' game against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday, a Lakers' source told ESPN's Ric Bucher. Bryant participated in a full practice Monday after missing the Lakers' last three games and the All-Star game while recovering from a high left ankle sprain but his condition has appeared to worsen a day after the full workout on the ankle. Lakers coach Phil Jackson told reporters Monday that Bryant looked rusty, but didn't allude to the ankle still bothering the Lakers guard. "[bryant] hasn't played in two weeks, so there's a lot of things that he was trying out and trying to figure out [such as] passes that went awry and shots that he was reluctant to shoot, but he'll come, he'll come [around]." The Regime
This game is way too close right now. We kill the Jazz, Blazers, and Spurs, but we are barely holding on against the Warriors. <_<
Owner Real Deal Posted February 17, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 Phil needs to stop jacking around with the five-man units out there and play the guys that DESERVE to be out on the floor. I don't get why he plays guys like Sasha for so damn long.

Brand New
Shannon Brown was amazing tonight. :o Drew played decent as well today seeing that he was out with an injury. And what was up with Pau and Artest in the first half, just terrible.
Owner Real Deal Posted February 17, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 WOW BROWN.Start over Fisher please!Problem is, Brown has to play two-guard in this offense, or he becomes a liability. He's technically a combo-guard, but he's terrible at running an offense, and since our second unit hardly uses the triangle, it would be on Brown to be a TRUE point guard.
