Warren2ThaG
Should be a massive battle, one is getting in the playoffs in my book. No way Charlotte loses unless Wade goes crazy like crazy bread dipped in marinara sauce.
Flash
This is our biggest game of the year. We've struggled against Charlotte this year and if we win tonight I really like our chances of getting back into it for the 5th seed.
Poe
I never realized this until now... but I hate the Bobcats. I hope the Heat kicks their [expletive] tonight, I don't care who's home court it is.
NBAMistress
I'm rooting for the HEAT on this one...
Poe
BTW, taking into account that Charlotte is 1 game behind the Heat, Chicago .5 games behind, Toronto 1 game ahead of the Heat, and Milwaukee is 1.5 games ahead... all 4 teams including Miami are playing at the same day. Chicago plays Utah, Toronto plays the Lakers, Milwaukee is playing the Celtics, and the Bobcats are playing the Heat. This is one exciting night
Cleveland's Finest
Heat must win...Still very nervous about Cavs/Charlotte matchup.
Flash
We get Dorell back but I haven't heard what the deal is with JO. Hopefully we get another solid performance out of Q-Rich as well. I expect a 30+ night for Wade.
Flash
Heat must win...Still very nervous about Cavs/Charlotte matchup. I think all 4 top teams should be worried about a matchup with Charlotte.
SRV
I don't know why the Bobcats are good...we better destroy them. I don't know if its Gerald Wallace or not, but whoever their star player is needs to get shutdown.
Poe
I don't know why the Bobcats are good...we better destroy them. I don't know if its Gerald Wallace or not, but whoever their star player is needs to get shutdown. The Bobcats are an example of how far coaching goes to make a team from good to great, or in this case, from bad to good. The Heat need to outsmart and outhustle the Bobcats in order to win.
Poe
The Heat are knocking down shots, yet the Bobcats are winning 50/50 balls and beating them in transition. I don't like what I'm seeing so far, the Heat need to step it up defensively.
Poe
2-3 zone is giving the Bobcats trouble. 14 point lead for the Heat in what looks like is heading into a blow out in Charlotte. Let's see if things change after this time out.
Poe
A decent 9 point lead heading into the half. As long as the Heat force Charlotte to shoot jumpers, and the Heat attack the basket offensively, they should keep their lead and win this game. Poe
Miami is starting to miss their shots, yet Charlotte is still getting transition buckets, getting easy baskets in the paint, and winning 50/50 balls. The Heat got a couple of them towards the end of the quarter, but the Bobcats have the majority of them. That needs to change.
Poe
I didn't like the way the game looked from the start. Oh well, at least it was a close one. Hopefully the Heat will take advantage of their upcoming home stretch. Edited March 10, 2010 by Poe
Flash
Can I ask what Beasley did to get taken out again in crunch time?
Clutch
bad loss...silly turnovers in the end lost us, and some rare missed clutch shots from wade the hustle and effort was pretty good i think tonight
Flash
Seriously, this is a perfect example of why I hate Spoelstra. He's seriously messing with Beasley's head. How can you leave the guy out down the stretch after the performance on Saturday? How is that even possible? Udonis was getting lit up out there but god forbid Spo takes out UD in the last 6 minutes of a game. Give Beasley the minutes down the stretch! It's obvious we have no offense outside of Wade when it gets late into the game. Unbelievable what this idiot that we have running our team is capable of.
