Flash
Glad to see Michael being active to start the game. 4 points, 2 rebounds and a huge steal there to prevent a fast break. His defense has been good too aside from the one gamble he took trying to strip Duncan. /waits to see Haslem when the game comes back from commercial. Flash
SMH @ taking out Beasley only to see Haslem get taken to the rack by Matt Bonner...
Flash
OMG put in Beasley!! Are you kidding me?!
Poe
O'Neal and Arroyo are the only players who showed up today. Wade had a nice run at the end of the half. Bench production has been absolutely horrible. Where's Wright?
SRV
If we don't make a run early in the 2nd half then we are screwed, we can't overcome an 18 point deficit against a team like the Spurs, we need to make little runs and hopefully they add up at the end. One thing that's blatantly clear is that the Spurs outworked the Heat so far, though. In order for the Heat to come back, they'll need to dominate the boards, stop penetration defensively, force turnovers, and look attack the basket and draw fouls. Poe
Also, Spoelstra needs to do his part by giving minutes to those who deserve them. Give Beasley more minutes, and Wright >>>> Jones. Edited March 17, 2010 by Poe
Flash
I don't care if he's struggling from the field. PLAY BEASLEY. He's the only other guy on this team who can create his own shot outside of Wade. Not to mention he's rebounded effectively tonight.
Poe
Chalmers - Wade - Wright - Haslem - Anthony has been the best line up tonight by far. Stick with it Spoelstra.
Poe
Oh well. The Heat lost to a tough opponent. At least they picked up the intensity by the end. Next up, Orlando.
