Fitzgerald, who's missed just one game since 2006, said there's "no doubt" he'll play in the choice matchup. His participation in Friday's practice was "limited," but the Cardinals routinely limit players with even minor nicks. Fitz appears to be ready to start, but check back Sunday morning for confirmation. Arizona Republic Calvin Johnson to be game-day call Coach Jim Schwartz confirmed Friday that Calvin Johnson (questionable, knee) will be a game-day decision in Week 15. Schwartz also confirmed that Daunte Culpepper will be throwing Johnson passes against Arizona. Factors in Calvin's favor: 1) his talent; 2) Cards top CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has a slight case of turf toe; 3) the game is indoors. Not in Calvin's favor: 1) Culpepper; 2) less than 100% health.
