Earl Bennett - best WR of the 07 draft, hooking up with his former college QB from Vandy (Cutler) I'm expecting a 1,000 yard season from him i know those are high expectations but I think he can do it

Is Earl in the first line?

First - great call on Bennett. He's just not the best WR out of the '07 Class, otherwise I would agree with you. Not only is he Cutler's old college teammate, he's looked great and is producing in camp. He burned Nathan Vasher on a beautiful double move (a post) in 7-on7's last Wednesday and had moderate success against Buffalo's first-team in their game. Hopefully he's more productive then last yea. Dude didn't even catch a pass last year, so he's going to do better obviously.

On that note, another great player in Camp has been Brandon Rideau. Didn't catch a pass against the Bills, but has torn it up in Camp. He also made Nathan Vasher his [expletive] last practice (although who hasn't made Vasher look that way this season? Vasher has been God-awful, could lose his starting gig).

Out of the list you have, I would probably say Maclin.

Harvin.

Watch out for Ramses Barden. He'll be the #3 reciever by the end of the year for the Giants.

Oh [expletive], the #3 receiver for the amazing corps of the Giants that feature Steve Smith (the good one, out of USC), and Manningham (the wanna be Megatron). I read somewhere that combined for all WR they have like 20 or 30 starts or something like that.

Dude, Ramses Barden is a freak, he's 6'6" and is already proving to be a helluva red zone target already for Eli in Camp. No Giants' corner has been able to contain him yet, from what I've seen and what I've been told by people who have gone to Camp.

Honestly, he could even be a number one or two by the end of the year. It's not like the Giants receivers are total [expletive] anyways.

Hakeem Nicks has had a tough run so far, but he's got potential, great target over the middle who has underrated speed and unbelievable body control. Domenik Hixon is a decent deep threat, average receiver though. Steve Smith is a 3. Barden is probably a 3 right now or a guy who is on the outside, not a slot player. It's not totally awful, although it's not GREAT. Not to mention Kevin Boss and rookie Travis Beckum at tight end.

I'm sure the Giants would much rather run the ball anyways.

And I have a question, what has Limas Sweed done outside of six catches in a marginal receiving core and marginal production in a spread offense in college?

He's 6'4" - great, I'll name you 10 guys that are just as good or better at that size (or around so) in the NFL. Not to mention he dropped that brutally easy catch in the Championship game a 10-year old could have got.

Sweed gets a lot of credit for a lot of average play.
