A Florida teenager could face felony vandalism charges for allegedly gluing posters depicting President Obama as the Joker onto public property, FOXNews.com has learned.

Clermont, Fla., Police Capt. Eric Jensen said the state attorney will review evidence to determine whether to charge the unidentified teenager with gluing "dozens" of the posters last week to the city's light poles, public and private buildings, bridge overpasses, road signs and a mailbox.

Jensen said damage to city property exceeded $800, and it cost roughly $200 to remove the adhesive that was used to affix the poster to the mailbox.

"If he hadn't glued them, we wouldn't be having this discussion," Jensen told FOXNews.com. "[The adhesive] didn't come off the road signs."

If this poster was of Bush, the matter would have been a non issue......Now they are wanting to imprison a minor because their political messiah was slighted......Back in the 50's we used to call them bullies.......

It would be my face if I were President. Obama is in possibly the worst situation of any President in US history, possibly worse than when Roosevelt stepped into the Great Depression and created the New Deal.

And if anyone knows their history, they would know that the New Deal saved the United States, ending the Great Depression and...what did it do? It expanded government involvement and intervention in economic and social difficulties.

Surprise, surprise...

So far...Obama is no FDR.

I'm assuming you're European? Not that there's anything wrong with that. But personally I don't want to live in a completely socialistic country.

Nope.

I'm not sure if socialism would work in the U.S., but people have to start realizing that without socialism there would be no public schools, police, roads, military, etc. Pure capitalism would just end up with one company owning all aspects of the private sector, creating an enormous gap between the rich and the poor.

It's not a coincidence that the happiest people in the world live in countries with socialist aspects.

The New Deal did not get us out of the depression, WW2 did.

Yes, Cubans are SO happy. Same with those on the northern half of the Korean island.

Cuba is more communist than it is socialist.

Denmark (socialist) - happiest people in the world

Finland (socialist) - 2nd happiest people in the world

Edit: Somehow I skipped over North Korea. I'm not sure if you were serious, but North Korea is not socialist (lmao); it's a dictatorship. But I'm sure to you, they're practically the same.

Oh yes, because communism isn't a form of socialism. therefore the two have NOTHING to do with each other!

And I think a lot of Americans are pretty damn happy, they just dislike the crappy leaders they have in government.

North Korea is also a socialist state

I hope he is joking. The government fails at running anything, why put them in charge of our well-being! BRB, going to cut funding for public schools. Afterward, I'll cut funding for health care, another government ran program, so less vaccines are available! Genius!

Why are we punishing those who have worked hard for years in order to earn a well paying job again? Did they do something wrong in working their asses of?

Why take away rights from my grandfather and other veterans, who protected all of our freedoms, to have someone that won't even provide his birth certificate as a public document take away their rights?

If you honestly believe that communism is the same thing as socialism, then lmfao. Come back and talk to me about politics when you start thinking for yourself.

North Korea is considered a dictatorship. They declare themselves as a socialist republic, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I wouldn't expect you to know anything about that, though.

We might as well argue whose party is right and wrong, at this point, since that's all anyone cares about.

More money was spent on the war than it was on the New Deal (programs and such), and when the war ended, well yeah...makes sense, huh?

LOL, if you want to start personal attacks, lets go at it. Apparently your parents, who form your opinions for you, didn't teach you that communism falls under socialism as an extreme form of it. Typical mistake, they don't want to be seen as evil!

North Korea is ran by the Workers Party of Korea, a socialist party. Stalinism is a form of socialism. Stalin was an extreme ruler, so that must mean he nor his policies were not socialist.

The New Deal can be argued as a failure. It would have done nothing without WW2. WW2 put people back to work not only by serving in the military but by starting up factories again to produce and create revenue by selling to other allied powers. The New Deal benefited from the war, not vice versa.
