You loved the city and the city loved you but the team was heading in a different direction.He doesn't need to lock down anyone, just let him flagrant foul Tracy McGrady and both sides will be happy, Ron Artest, The Lakers, The Rockets, Who wouldn't be happy? besides Tracy McGrady?
