KurbyFX
Top 5 offensive lineman in NFL at each position: LT/LG/C/RG/RT And top 5 overall best o-line in NFL? Edited August 24, 2009 by JediSkyWalker
The Great iBoldin
LT - Michael Roos, Tennessee TitansLG - Steve Hutchinson, Minnesota VikingsC - Nick Mangold, New York Jets/Kevin Mawae, Tennessee TitansRG - Chris Snee, New York GiantsRT - Davis Stewart, Tennessee Titans 1. Tennessee Titans2. New York Giants3. Carolina Panthers4. Baltimore Ravens5. Philadelphia Eagles I put Mangold in because I think he's already the anchor of a potential top five line, but Mawae's experience and overall technique is still wonderful in my opinion, so it's a tie for me. Before Eagles fans throw fits because I put B-More over them, let me explain. Pair of bookends in Gaither (an absolute monster) and Oher provide more certainty for me right now then a potentially lazy Jason Peters (although I don't believe he'll play lazy, but not necessarily motivated either) and the question mark laden Shawn Andrews. I still question Philadelphia at center, but there's no doubt that they have a talented line. I just think they haven't had the time to gel much. I know Baltimore hasn't either, but they brought in a very veteran Matt Birk and Michael Oher is definitely a bright and solid player.
The Artesticle
Eagle fans have no right to throw a fit. I'm an Eagles fan, and honestly I wouldn't even put them in the top 10 at this point. They have proven nothing. Maybe we look good on paper, but that's useless if you do not perform. With the exception of Jamaal Jackson, our entire starting o-line has been injured all summer and preseason.
His Greatness
LT - Michael Roos, Tennessee TitansLG - Steve Hutchinson, Minnesota VikingsC - Nick Mangold, New York Jets/Kevin Mawae, Tennessee TitansRG - Chris Snee, New York GiantsRT - Davis Stewart, Tennessee Titans 1. Tennessee Titans2. New York Giants3. Carolina Panthers4. Baltimore Ravens5. Philadelphia EaglesPerfect list, except I would omit Mawae because for me, Mangold is the clearcut best center. I'd also probably bump Philadelphia for Denver.
fly3rs18
when healthy and not depressed the eagles o-line could be great. they could pass some of the top 4 teams. but there are just so many question marks right now. everyone is hurt and no one knows what is going on with shawn andrews. the eagles brought in his brother and college roommate, so you have to think that he at least has a little more desire to play
Diesel
The Eagles will be in the top 5 by the end of the season when they have time to gel if their healthy. They have two new Tackles though and the line has not played together once yet so it's going to be a process. Here's mine. LT - Michael RoosLG - Steve HutchinsonC - Nick MangoldRG - Chris SneeRT - Ryan Harris Basically the same list as iBoldin's but I like Ryan Harris at the other T better than Stewart. Tennesshee does not have the two best Tackles in the league lol. And this top 5 list isn't really in any order Tennessee TitansNew York GiantsNew York JetsDenver BroncosAtlanta Falcons Edited August 26, 2009 by Diesel

The Great iBoldin
bears and patriots have the best offensive linemen I also lol'd at this. Patriots line is one of the most overrated in football. Orlando Pace looked like an undrafted free agent blocking Elvis Dumervil, the Bears have a player who's never going to amount to his draft spot in Chris Williams, Olin Kreutz is washed up, they team doesn't have much at guard. Josh Beekman is the only nice piece besides Williams. Were you being serious or were you just being a homer?
