When you make the new account, set the country in USA, and it should be available to you. I had some friends make some accounts from Japan so they could play the new RE demo early. That ist he only difference. You can still play the mode though, you will just be an undrafted rookie and it will be harder to start off. That's just if you're desperate. yeah Australia and uk users cant get it unless, you make a GT set in usa and then u can download it from your usa gt account. i had to do it, it worked fine for me.but im not eve sure if this draft combine comes out in Australia..
