Multi-Billionaire
Kurt Rambis has added Bill Laimbeer and Reggie Theus to his coaching staff in Minnesota, according to a league source. Laimbeer resigned as the Detroit Shock's head coach and general manager in June after winning three WNBA titles in seven seasons. Theus coached the Kings to a 44-62 record before being fired last winter 24 games into his second season. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/61360/20090830/laimbeer_theus_to_join_wolves_staff/ I really like Laimbeer as a coach. He has leadership in him and commands respect from players, women or men. Not sure if he's the right assistant coach for Rambis as Laimbeer is very outspoken and Rambis is the opposite. It's not right if the assistant is the more vocal than the head coach. If I were the Nuggets GM, if Karl was fired, I'd take a chance on Laimbeer as the head coach. s.t.a.t.
Look how completely we turned around after getting rid of McHale. Hopefully it works.
