Dumbest high school rules?

I was just thinking about how ridiculous my high school was now that I'm in college with all of this freedom. These are some rules with punishments if they're broken:

No hats - One warning with name written down, second warning results in after school detention.

No sagging shorts - If boxers are seen on a guy at all, it's a trip to the office, possible after school detention

No cleavage for girls - Sent to the office, forced to wear a gym shirt for the rest of the day.

One unexcused absence = Immediate call home to parents (email if they don't answer)

3 unexcused absences = F for the quarter in that class

Walk on the right side of the hallway only - Trip to the office if violated. And I'm not joking.

I found it pathetic that the security guards at our school took their job so seriously because they weren't going to be seeing any real action anywhere, so they enforced the dumbest things and made big scenes out of them.

The new cellphone thing in my school is gay.

Caught once - Saturday detention and your parents pick up the phone.

Twice - Two Saturday DT's and they keep your phone in the office for a week

Three times - Three Saturday DT's and they keep the phone for two weeks

Fourth time - They suspend you and keep your phone for a month.

Some kid already has three because he is an idiot. His phone was in the office so he took another cell phone to school and they kept the one too.

Ah, I forgot about the infamous cell phone rules. :P

That sounds about the same as my school. Actually... I think it's exactly the same haha.

LMAO a Saturday detention is the most bottomless threat a school could hand out. I would laugh in my VPs face if he said come here on Saturday hahahahah.

And we could have been late/absent as many times as we want. If we missed like 5+ days without excuse then we had to talk to the principal about why we missed so much.

I'm so envious of you haha. I'm glad college isn't like my high school, not one of my classes take attendance. And since my Calculus teacher sucks and doesn't teach, I only show up on quiz/test days and just read the textbook and do the homework at my dorm. I basically teach myself the material and I have an A haha.

Haha yeah, my school would never do that.

Wow, your school sucks. At my school, you could wear hats (only one teacher didn't allow it), walk on any side of the damn hall that you wanted too, for me, I could skip classes without getting caught (when we registered my freshman year, we put the wrong street number by mistake and when you would miss a class, they would mail something to you or call and when they would call, if my gramps didn't know the number on the caller ID, he wouldn't answer it and I'd get the voicemail and just delete it, out of the 4 years I went to high school and of all the times I skipped (many times), I got caught once). I never got my cellphone taken away though I heard stories of kids at my school getting theirs taken, I was just smarter and sneakier with mine. Kids sagged all the time and girls would wear some pretty skimpy outfits and not get in trouble. Of course there was a line that you couldn't cross, but I always figured it was "You must be wearing some sort of clothing to school" because people would get away with some of the most revealing clothes...girls and guys.

I wish my high school had a rule where you could throw people that walk slow as hell onto the grass or something. I don't know how many times I got late to class this year because three idiots walk in a straight line across the hallway with their massive book bags...and its always after 2nd period, I have to sprint out of my class to make sure I get to the hallway before these kids.

Also, freaking water bottles. Everytime I want to get a quick drink of water, some douche decides to take a good minute to fill his water bottle [i don't have a minute to waste, my locker is on the other side of the school from most of my classes].
