Revis Island
Which team ya got? I'll go with the Cavs, they got Shaq which will make Dwight served useless on offense. Hedo's no longer on the Magic, so their massive mismatch nightmare with Hedo and Shard will be dead gone. Magic still have to deal with LeBron James, who averaged 40-8-8, and all the games were close to by the way. Change isn't always good. Make It Naaaashty
The Magic dont have Hedo but they replced him with Vince, I would go Magic in 6 or 7.

Cleveland's Finest
The Cavs have made all the upgrades. From getting their dominant force inside in Shaq to getting their wins in Parker, Moon, and Powe. Also, VC is starting now which will take away most of the matchup problems as now Delonte can guard Vince instead of Hedo. Hedo, Lee, and Alston, who OWNED the Cavs....gone... Sorry, I see that Big Z is your favorite player, but I hate his guts for his pathetic style of play in last year's ECF.
kingfish
Magic. Dwight vs Shaq oh my. That will not be pretty. If you thought the Magic raped the Cavs before with the pick n roll game, it will be 10x worse in the next matchup. Im a little skeptical of replacing Hedo with Vince, but as long as Jameer can make sure the ball gets to where it needs to go, I think they will be alright. Not to mention Shard still creates another huge matchup problem for the Cavs, he takes Vareajo to school inside and out.

Since when was Dwight Howard useful outside of 2 ft? Never...you would know if you watched the Magic. Dwight plays in the paint area, which is Shaq's best area at defense. So It's basically Dwight's Offense vs Shaq's Defense, which is stronger? I think Shaq wins that.

And replaced by a more dominant scorer in Vince Carter, promising second year player in Ryan Anderson, an improving Gortat, an actual 4 in Brandon Bass, and Matt Barnes. Yeah Magic definitely got worse this year.

Yeah Magic definitely got worse this year. No, but they have a more conventional team, they got worse defensively and they got dumber. Trust me, Bass and Barnes are just giant goons. Anderson is the only one that I would say that's a non-risk pick up.

Hedo, Lee, and Alston did not own the Cavs. Lee: 7.7ppg, 26.7% from 3Alston: 12.5ppg, 37% FG, 3.8apgHedo was pretty nice with 17.2/6.3/6.7, but he shot 39% FG. Poe
Over the offseason the Magic have gotten worse, and the Cavs may have potentially gotten better - not necessarily because of Shaq, but because of the additions they've made to the team that fixed just about all of the defensive mismatch problems. I'd say Cavs in 5.

Alston defended Williams pretty bad along with Mo's pathetic choke job. Lee wasn't bad, but wasn't special.

Diesel
Dwight won't be able to blow by Shaq or overpower him. He will put up numbers closer to his averages and there isn't a chance he averages the 26 PPG on 65% shooting he did against Big Z and Varejao. The Cavs have slowly retooled their team to beat this Magic team specifically. They will rape them.
Sun Tzu
Hard for me to decide, I'd probably choose the Cavs though. It would certainly be an interesting match-up though, especially with Shaq and Dwight.
