The team has been taking part in voluntary workouts and traditional centers have had a hard time defending Frye, according to Coro. If defenders leave Frye open on the perimeter, he's comfortable hitting a jumper. headliner Posted September 17, 2009 Report Share Posted September 17, 2009 I’m curious about the same thing. There aren’t that many traditional centers in the league. Frye to me is a Power Forward not a center but in today’s NBA teams are going small and putting their power forwards as their center. There are so many examples throughout the league.
