magicbalala245
The latter duo from L.A.(Brain Shaw, & Kurt Rambis), meanwhile, will undoubtedly be pleased to hear about Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski insisting Tuesday that he can't be considered a potential successor to Jackson because he's not leaving the Blue Devils "until I leave coaching." Rambis and Shaw are frequently described as strong candidates to eventually take over for Jackson, but the belief persists that Kobe Bryant will push Coach K when Jackson does retire. If Kobe is pushing for Coach K when Phil retires then I'm pretty sure LA would put heavy money on the table for Coach K to the point where he can't refuse. Multi-Billionaire
They did it before and he still refused... money is not an issue for Coach K I believe.
Owner Real Deal Posted July 1, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted July 1, 2009 Maybe Fisher will retire early and coach. I think he'd be excellent, if we keep guys like Shaw and Rambis on the bench.
Lkr
Shaw would be an excellent coach. I don't want Coach K in L.A. Neither does ALCS for that matter
alcstarheel
Shaw would be an excellent coach. I don't want Coach K in L.A. Neither does ALCS for that matter The only reason I would want Coach K is because of Kobe's tremendous respect for him and I would believe Krzyzewski would be able to get even more out of 24. Besides that, he can stay in that blue devil crap factory.
